To Update the Progress of the Tasks

From the Work packaging panel, select a work package category such as Installation work packages. This procedure also can be used for the other types of work packages.
From the Installation Work Packages window, select the work package for which you want to update task hours. The <Title - Description of Work Package> window opens.
Select Update progress. The Tasks tab opens and displays a list of tasks in the work package grouped by Drawing and Component.
In the Complete column, click the check box for each task you want to mark as complete.
Select Save changes. The percentage completed in the Drawing column, the color of the border, and the Overall work progress from the General information tab update automatically.
Note: When no tasks are completed for the drawing, the border displays in red. When the drawing is in progress, the border displays in blue. When all the tasks are completed for the drawing, the border displays in green.
(Optional) Update the actual hours for the task.
The updated hours and PF (Performance Factor) ratio display in the General information tab.
